For Americans, the love affair with this Parisian pretty may have begun when she made a guest appearance on a Sex and the City episode entitled “An American Girl in Paris: Part Une.” But here at Skin Central we’ve been tickled pantsless since seeing Cécile in her nude debut, the romance La Bande du Drugstore (2002). The period piece about late ‘60s Paris is a revolution for the eyes thanks to Cécile’s T&A during her first time.
