The land of the rising sun has produced some of the hottest actresses sure to help raise more than that fiery orb. One such sexy star is Yuko Tanaka, who first made the hairy palms at Skin Central aware of her talents in the provocatively entitled Edo Porn (1981). Edo was what Tokyo was once known as, and porn needs no explanation aroudn these parts, nor do Yuko’s best body parts; her small boobs and tight ass. Yes, the cover does feature a geisha getting ravaged by an octopus, but don’t let that scare you away. There’s nothing weird about seeing her get out of bed topless, flashing some ruby red nipples as she yawns, or watching her untie her kimono before a little kim-oh yes, oh yes, oh yes! While there likely aren’t many actresses who immediately went from a movie with “‘porn” in the title to scoring a “Best Actress” nomination from the Japan Academy, that’s just what Yuko did when she landed her role in Za Reipu (1982), which means “The Rape.” Don’t worry, there’s plenty of consensual goodness, since the flick is a veritable ass lover’s delight with ample close-ups of her terrific tush in scnes unrelated to the assault. YuKO, what a knockout! From that point on, Yuko was basically a Japanese acting legend, starring as Kinu in Wuthering Heights (1988), Fukoko in The Whispered City (2000), and playing Okesauku in 128 episodes of the TV show Mare. Most recently she played the old version of Momoko in I Shall Live By Myself (2020). However, Yuko probably spends most of her spare time polishing the absurd array of awards she’s won, like Best Actress at the Montreal World Film Festival for Amagi goe (1983), a flick that also notched her the first of two best actress awards at the Kinema Junpo Awards, as well as a Blue Ribbon Award, and Asian-Pacific Film Festival Award. As for us, we’ll be busy polishing our knobs to Yuko Tanaka’s more rewardingly sexual selection of cinema.
