Legendary leading lady Lauren Bacall has been acting in movies since her first role as Marie “Slim” Browning in Howard Hawks’s To Have and Have Not in 1944, which unfortunately “had not” any scenes of the nineteen-year-old beauty’s bouncy bosoms. After marrying Humphrey Bogart in 1945, Lauren made a name for herself in film noir with movies like The Big Sleep (1946) and Dark Passage (1947). In 1953 Ms. Bacall appeared alongside fellow vintage vixens Betty Grable and Marilyn Monroe in How to Marry a Millionaire. She continued to act on the stage and screen for the next fifty years, and in 1996 she won an Oscar for her performance in The Mirror Has Two Faces. Though we’ve never seen Ms. Bacall’s B-cups or her dark passage, we’re sure Bogie had a lot of fun with them before he took the big sleep in 1957.
