Anne Bancroft made it sexy to be middle-aged, and with her spanking body it’s easy to see why maturity has its pluses. Born “Anna Maria Louisa Italiano” to a family of Italian immigrants in the Bronx, Anne received a well-rounded acting education. She attended HB Studio, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, the Actors Studio, and the American Film Institute’s Directing Workshop for Women at the University of California, Los Angeles. Thanks to her skills and her slim, busty figure, Anne’s onscreen endeavors took off. Over the course of her acting career, Anne earned an Academy Award, three BAFTA Awards, two Golden Globe Awards, two Tony Awards, and two Primetime Emmy Awards. She appeared in flicks like Blazing Saddles (1974), The Elephant Man (1980), ‘night Mother (1986), and How to Make An American Quilt (1995). But her best ass-ets were front and center in her most famous role as the sexual dynamo Mrs. Robinson in The Graduate (1967). That movie also marks her sole skin onscreen. Seducing her daughter’s beau, played by Dustin Hoffman, she flashes shocking breastage, as well as the famous, albeit stocking-clad, shot with Hoffman in the background, mouth agape. No wonder this hot mama was previously best known for her role in The Miracle Worker (1962) — she makes a miracle happen in every man’s pants. But only funnyman Mel Brooks got to enjoy Anne’s shapely charms; they were happily married from 1964 until Bancroft’s untimely death in 2005, after a long battle with cancer.
