What goes on at the Overlook Hotel stays at the Overlook Hotel — at least that’s the case when it comes to statuesque stunner Lia Beldam whose acting resumé only includes The Shining (1980). You’d think doors to more movie sets would open after appearing in a blockbuster flick (Total Film magazine ranked it as the 5th greatest horror film of all time). Add the fact that Stanley Kubrick’s chiller diller is based on a Stephen King novel, and you’ve got the makings of a classic. If that’s not impressive enough, Lia struts her stuff in the buff! During her movie debut as an arousing apparition, the naked babe gets out of the tub and seductively walks to Jack Nicholson. En route, she reveals her wet rack, butt crack and fluffy muff! Apparently, Lia was allowed to make suggestions for the scene and chose to run her hands up Jack’s body. Had the filmmaker asked for Mr. Skin’s input, he would advise the starlet to run her hands down his body. How else could she jack Jack off? Other questions include what happened to Lia? We know the Swiss miss was born in Zürich and studied English at university in London. She also worked as a model and interpreter so obviously the bewitching beauty boasts plenty of talents. Yet with her pretty face and sleek physique, Ms. Beldam was built to doff her duds on camera. So, why did she disappear from show biz? Perhaps Lia was really a ghost after all.
