From Where The Boys Are (1960) starring Dolores Hart to Blockers (2018) with Kathryn Newton, youthful sex comedies and beautiful blondes go together like spank and bank. In fact, we’ve been making deposits through the years thanks to Rebecca De Mornay in Risky Business (1983), Courtney Thorne-Smith in Summer School (1987), Tara Reid in American Pie (1999), Elisha Cuthbert in The Girl Next Door (2004), and Sarah Roemer in Fired Up! (2009). Of course, we must include former actress Janelle Brady to this list. During her brief but mamorable career, the fresh faced ingénue lent her sexy presence to three teen films. In 1986, the built bombshell exploded onto the big screen in the B-movie parody Class of Nuke ’Em High. Not only does the sci-fi comedy mark the starlet’s acting debut, it includes her nude debut! First, she struts her stuff in an itsy bitsy teeny weeny blue bikini. But things really begin to sizzle when the hottie takes off her top to reveal her ravishing rack as she fools around with a young dude in the sack! Next came the relationship romp The Allnighter (1987) featuring Susanna Hoffs, Pam Grier, Dedee Pfeiffer, Joan Cusack, and Ms. Brady’s skimpy swimwear! Unfortunately, the pretty performer’s small supporting role pushed her down the proverbial ladder of success. The devolution of Janelle’s career came in her final film Teen Wolf Too (1987), in which she had the challenging role of “History Student.” Too bad the fantasy flick didn’t show more of this fantasy chick.
