Little is known about brunette beauty Sara Ansley, and that’s seriously unfortunate! After appearing in one of the more notorious slasher films of the early 80’s, Unhinged (1982), she more or less dropped off the face of the earth, and as anyone who’s seen the film will tell you, that’s a major-league loss. She combined the beauty of a starlet with all the innocence that made the best scream queens of that period famous! As for her role in the film, perhaps she was a victim of circumstance as she plays the first girl to die, which is never a path to stardom, but her tantalizing topless scene prior to her death should have kept her firmly planted in people’s minds for much longer!
