A gorgeous blonde, the former wife of horror master Wes Craven, and a skintastic veteran of two decades worth of B-grade silliness, the marvelous Mimi Craven has shaken her moneymakers in an impressive array of cable flicks and straight-to-video jiggle-fests. She’s one of those gals who just pops up non-stop, and she usually brings her hooters to the party. Although her first three movies (Swamp Thing [1982], A Nightmare on Elm Street [1984], and Chiller [1985]) came courtesy of hubby Wes, Mimi was still able to find plenty of wiggle work following the couple’s divorce in 1987. She started out with genre fare like The Servants of Twilight (1991) and Mikey (1992), which included a scene where she shows off her boobs while taking a bath in oddly green water. Hey Mikey, we like it! Again Mimi sheds the threads in Inside Out IV (1992) and an episode of HBO’s Dream On where the suddenly bookish blonde’s hair is curly, her cannons are out, and she’s demanding coitus. In more mainstream fare, Mimi played Cynthia in the Seinfeld episode “The Watch”, and appeared on both L.A. Law and Sisters. Last Gap (1995) and Midnight Heat (1996) followed, before Mimi used the ballet degree she picked up at the University of Indiana to play a stripper in Last Dance (1996). Be sure to see her rock hard body and diamond hard nipples bursting out of a white tank top as she strips in that film. Mimi’s last nude appearance was in Dog Watch (1996), and after playing Jisa in Star Trek: Voyager and Mrs. Newberry on ER, Mimi stopped acting in the early 2000’s. These days, Mimi, who is said to be good friends with Sharon Stone, so much so that a book once claimed a lesbian affair between the two resulted in her divorce with Craven, is a serious photographer known for her celebrity portraits. Hopefully she gets back in front of the camera and takes her clothes off again, because we’ve got a cravin for more Mimi.
