Desislava Tenekedjieva is a mouthful, and we don’t just mean her unpronounceable name. The Bulgarian beauty is a top-heavy talent who’s been working since making her feature debut in Zabraneno za vuzrastni (1987), which is about a strong-willed schoolgirl. She’s also squeezed her assets into the small screen of the boob tube in the TV miniseries Bolshaya igra (1988). But we have a special place in our pants for her performance in Il mestiere delle armi (2001), a historic adventure flick about the first victim of modern artillery, which is only appropriate, because we get to see Desislava’s giant cannonballs.
