Biography

Annu Mari is a Indo-Japanese actress. She’s married to conductor Yoshikazu Fukumura, which makes sense, as Annu is music to our eyes. Her sisters are Prabha Sheth, a model, and Yuka Kumari, another actress. She is best known as the femme fatale in the crime drama Branded to Kill (1967), about a hit-man with a fetish for sniffing boiling rice. When he messes up his latest job, a treacherous wife and a mysterious woman eager for death are intertwined in his spiraling downward life.
