Kaoru Higuchi has been in one movie, of that we can be certain, and it’s a great movie, the adults-only Japanese action flick called Sexy Cop 348 (1996). It’s the story we all wanted told, of hot female cops who on their off time (and sometimes even on their on time) indulge in their vices. Tokyo never looked so sexy, especially as a backdrop for Kaoru’s big boobs, which she bares here for all to see (and do other things, too, of course). What does the 348 numeral mean in the title?
