Born in the Bronx to a nurse mother and a jazz singer father, Mary grew up in New York City’s housing projects and dropped out of high school to pursue her musical career. Now a multi-million seller and multi-Grammy winner, Mary is an unstoppable juggernaut of honey-voiced heat spewing out hit after hit, from What’s the 411? to The Breakthrough. She also started an acting career, making her TV debut on The Jamie Foxx Show (1998) and guest starring on shows like Ghost Whisperer (2007), Entourage (2007), and even America’s Next Top Model (2007). Mary climbs to the top of every industry — for her role in the period drama film Mudbound (2017), she was nominated for multiple awards — but we’re most interested in the “body” part of her body of work, especially in her video for Family Affair (2002). This music video featured some cleavage and a near-view of some silken crotch barely concealed in the shortest shorts in all of R&B. This sizzler from Yonkers has yet to show her conkers, and now that she’s a born-again Christian who’s reformed her bad gal ways, she may never. We got another taste of Mary’s bod in the drama series Power Book II: Ghost (2020) when she opens her shirt, revealing overflowing cleavage in a black lace bra.
