Born in California in March, 1967, Katja Crosby didn’t have to go far to live her dream of becoming an actress in Hollywood! Katja’s career was short-lived, however, which doesn’t mean she didn’t make the most of her time in the spotlight while she was there, it just means that she left us wanting so much more from her. Katja’s screen debut came in the same year she turned 13 in one of those social issues dramas that were all the rage in the 70s and early 80s. This one was titled Children of Divorce (1980) and if her age at the time is any indication, she did indeed portray one of the titular offspring, credited only as Second Girl. Katja must’ve decided that child stardom wasn’t for her since she didn’t act again until the year she turned 20, but she came roaring back to life with plum supporting roles in two low budget horror classics of the late 80s, both of them directed by B-movie schlockmeister Larry Cohen! First up, Katja appeared in the horror threequel It’s Alive III: Island of the Alive (1987) where she didn’t make it to the titular island, appearing in a court room scene! However, it was that same year’s A Return to Salem’s Lot (1987) that finally brought us Katja’s nude debut! Katja bares her breasts in a pair of sex scenes just past the 38 and 48 minute marks, leaving one hell of a lasting skinpression as her film career rode off into the sunset!
