It’s hard to be an Israeli model named Bar, and not run into comparisons to Leo Dicaprio‘s former girlfriend, Bar Refaeli. They were born on the same year, appeared in many of the same magazines, and are both stunningly sexy ladies we’d be happy to tend to. But Bar Paly has carved a path of her own, mostly by starring in big movies and appearing on hit television shows in the US of A. Born in Russia, Bar moved to Israel at age seven before starting her modeling career in Milan as a teenager. After appearing on Israeli TV shows like Ahava Me’ever Lapina, she made her English-language acting debut alongside Isabella Rossellini, playing a hooker in a Showtime pilot called Filthy Gorgeous. When that show didn’t take off, Bar moved to TV shows like CSI: NY, Unhitched, and The Starter Wife, on which she showcased her body in a bra and panties doing a sexy photoshoot. In 2008 she appeared in the horror flick The Ruins (2008) as an archaeologist, but if it’s open Bar you’re looking for, you’ll really ruin your pants watching the musclebound crime caper Pain and Gain (2013), which finally delivered Bar’s bare butt on the big screen. While Refaeli set the Israeli eroticism bar high, Bar Paly might have surpassed it.
