Model, dancer, actress, aboriginal Australian auteur: Sandy Greenwood is a wonder from down under and her massive talents are a joy for all to see. Sandy, who is descended from the Bundjalung, Gumbayngrrii and Dunghutti Tribes, grew up in New South Wales where she majored in Theatre before bouncing over to the US to continue her studies in New York and LA. An Australian named Sandy going to school in the USA? Tell me more. After making her screen debut in the short film Crossing (2005), she eventually starred in Australian rom-com Little Black Dress (2009), then made her US Independent film debut in The World Full of Nothing (2009). But she really turned (Green)wood into solid oak when she made her nude debut in the hitman flick Killer Elite (2011), opposite heavy hitters Jason Statham and Robert De Niro. In one elite scene, Sandy and her killer bikini body are doing a little nine millimeter target practice in front of a pool. While she’s distracted by the shooting, the man standing behind her takes her top off and her heavy hangers bounce for the camera. That’s when our love gun started firing blanks. Crikey, those are some majestic mams! While both writing indigenous themed content and making sure other people’s screenplays get her culture correct, Sandy gave us an even longer look at the Aussie jugs that give us joy, joy, joy in the private dick flick Jasper (2011). Miss Greenwood had us green with envy watching her straddle our PI topless, before getting hauled away by some bad guys.
