At first we couldn’t tell Daniela Holtz from the herd of actresses that grazed the landscape of show business. But that’s because we had no idea who she was until her first screen credit in The Forest for the Trees (2003). It’s a Special Jury Prize winner at the Sundance Film Festival, and tells the story of an awkward idealistic high school teacher who begins her first job in the city.
