Biography

British-born beauty Sarah Winter may be something of an unknown commodity here in the United States, but thanks to some sexy turns in fairly major works, she’s known all over the UK—and the UK knows all of her. That’s not to say if you don’t live in England, you wouldn’t have seen the ivory complexion of this English rose—she was Yvette Castleroy in the American series Reign in 2014, played the the role of Ashley Brouillete in The Selection TV movie (2021), and earned the part of Helena Morphy in the Amazon movie Casanova, co-starring Diego Luna as the lothario—it’s here where we get our first glimpse of Sarah’s breasts, as Casanova sets out to seduce her. Fully okay with the nudity thing, she took on the part of Louise de La Valliére, the king’s mistress, in BBC Two’s ten-part raunchy drama Versailles, set in the court of Louis XIV of France. Known for its risqué sex scenes, the starlet figured “why not?” since she had already done the naked thing in Casanova. Sarah got her start in the industry in 2009 thanks to a small role in the feature film The Butterfly Tattoo (2009), and a leading role in the short film Daisy’s Last Stand (2009) as young Daisy. The 5’7”, hazel-eyed, auburn-haired willowy woman joined the cast of the mini-series At Home with the Georgians (2010) as Mary Martin, played Lady Jane Grey in the mini-series Bloody Tales of the Tower (2012), starred in the movie Fisherman’s Friends (2019) as Sian Thompson, and played the part of Colleen in the movie SAS: Red Noticewith Sam Heughan and Ruby Rose.
