Is there anything hotter than a Spanish actress rolling her Rs and touting her T&A? Though the subject matter is sensitive, the film is uplifting — especially when Macarena Gómez lifts up Itziar’s top to reveal her big breasts! If that’s not erotic enough, the two swap sapphic spit in bed! And when Ms. Castro’s curvaceous character takes a diamond enema, she proves she has pizazz!  Since then, the mamtastic mamacita filled up the small screen in Locked Up (2015).
