My friends, this is no legend. No, this long tall sally of a woman has a name and it’s Gillian Wallace Horvat! Gillian is a five-tool player, as the baseball pundits like to say, not only carrying her own stories to the screen, but also shepherding the talents of others and helping equally talented and diverse voices express themselves. Gillian is also a film historian, putting together documentary shorts about other legendary directors like Frank Capra and Orson Welles. Her short film directing career really took off with her short Kiss Kiss Fingerbang (2015), featuring an incredible cast that includes both the late Buck Henry and Anton Yelchin, as well as sexy mumblecore icon Kate Lyn Shiel. Gillian didn’t appear on screen in that flick. In fact, she never appeared on screen in anything she directed until her feature directorial debut I Blame Society (2020) where she explored all of the themes that go into making a film. The semi-autobiographical tale tells the story of an indie filmmaker named Gillian who determines that planning a film is a lot like plotting a murder, and puts her expert skills to a whole new use! The great news is that Gillian makes her nude debut here as well, showing off her perfect natural breasts while banging two different guys!
